What is the test name by which i can know density of the blood and is blood density high or low which is good for health and how to maintain required blood density?

Hello..... Packed cell volume, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, red cell distribution width gives idea on density of rbc.... But you didn't mention your health problem...investigation is used to correlate with clinical findings.... Consult general physician in nearest hospital.
