My 4yr 6mnt old son had blood test every quater. His DLC lymphocytes are in normal range every time but in absolute lecusative count lymphocytes are down in each report and in decreasing in every report. In his recent reports his dlc lymphocytes are 43.6 but absolute lecusative count lymphocytes are 2.57 and normal range is 6.0 to 9.0. i am vert worried plz help me is it a cause of serious concern.
