Take fasting and 2 hrs after each major meal means after bf, lunch and dinner. Give medicine also prescribed. Give 3 hourly small frequent meals as per diabetic diet and check blood sugar . Get his HBA1C also done

This is very high blood sugar , if u r a diabetic please see ur treating doctor, if this is first time repeat blood sugar fasting , Random and HbA1c and consult a physician at ur place. If it come high u need treatment at the earliest
