Blood Sugar testing

Iam non diabetic , iam testing my blood sugar regularly. My RBS always below 100 at evening. How much often check my sugars? That means every month, 3 months or any? Pls suggest. Regards.

If u are not diabetic but high risk for developing diabetes need to monitor once in 3-4 months. Ideally it’s recommended to do FBS PPBS HBA1c which will give complete picture of ur glycemic status. If ur at high risk do maintain ur lifestyle with good diet and exercise.
