I am 8month pregnant I had glucose check up I have high blood sugar level so I started to test from home 4 time. Today was my first day check up fasting I have 119 Nd after 1 hour of breakfast I have 249. I am totally worried will it affect my baby. How I should bring it to normal

You need to consult a specialist. High blood sugars during this period can lead to large weight babies, difficult labour and some post partum complications in new born. Blood sugar needs to be tightly controlled during pregnancy.
