Found clotted blood stain in my son's stool. He is not complaining any discomfort. I noticed it only once.

If there is loose stools, then it's dysentry. If normal or hard stool- can be anal fissure, hemarroids, polyp etc... Advise you to visit your pediatrician once for exination and evaluation
