Blood spots when I cough early morning

Hi Doctor's, I see blood spots in the morning when I clear my throat and nose since last few days. This has happened earlier many times and 6 months ago I did consulted pulmonologist and performed Chest X-ray CT SCAN. Everything was normal. Now it's been more than 3 months that I have quit smoking and just need an advice if it's a serious concern to worry and need any treatment .

I think nothing to worry just a force applied while clenaing is culprit

It can be due to injury caused by harsh coughing during cleaning. Or Gum bleeding too. Need proper history. Consult online
