Actually from last 1 yr I m seeing red spots in my stool.. there is no pain or itching after defecation I am scared that it might be a colorectal cancer. These spots are very few like 1 or 2. I am very scared please help.

Hai no need to get scared, not all blood leads to cancer. Few spots from one year,  nothing to worry it can't be cancer but still need to evaluate and find the cause could be fissure piles, too causes blood spots. these are benign minor problems, consult general surgeon
