My mom was covid+ on 14 april she took steroids from 22 april for 20 days ( medrol 32 mg 5 days, 16 mg 5 days then tapered in 10 days.) On 21 May her CRP is 5.8 mg/l, blood glucose 131mg/dl, hbA1c 6.2%, fructosamine -321.5 umol/l blood ketone- 0.2mg/l insulin and thyroid- normal, lipoprotein A, lipase, cystatin- elevated, please advise on medication and diagnosis for cardiac disease, diabetes risk. She has no other health conditions.
