Two weeks ago i was suffering from cough and cold. Doctor prescribed me Tab. Azee, Odimont AL, Syrup Ascoril. But even after the course, the cough continued. The cough has a sound and the chest vibrates. Later doctor prescribed Capsule Benz, Pan D and to continue Odimont and to gargle with Betadine. Doctor told me to do CBC and IgE blood test. I have attached the reports. I have GERD from a long time and upset stomach this week with constipation and the cough with sound hasn't stopped and nostrils contract at night. Please help, because every year, many times I suffer from this.
You might be suffering from post viral cough which is a common type of dry cough syndrome after an attack of viral upper respiratory tract infection. Usually it will resolve on its own within few days, you may need to take symptomatic treatment in the form of Dry cough syrup, strepsils lozenges and steam inhalation for faster recovery
