Monocytes 1% . Eosinophils 1% ESR 36 mm (Westergrens method) Is this normal? What treatment should be taken?

Hello.. Why did you do this investigations?? If you did this blood test while you were having any infection then this esr rise is due to that infection. Please provide clinical history.  Investigations without clinical history cannot give any valuable information.

ESR is a bit high.. you might be soffering from some inflammation and fever.. no need to worry i think
