Sir recently I got fever and serum creatinine increased. I consulted nephrology doctor he told stop sartel 20mg ..only use morning concor5mg ..I stopped and my creatinine. Came down 0.9. And sir now blood pressure sometimes increases to 130/90 sometimes it is normal what should I do sir please advise 🙏

130/90 BP is acceptable, it’s it’s maintained l than that , u continue concor 5 mg
