Sir, I could observe in me there is  fluctuation in my heart beat from past 1 month. And I feel my chest is having a hold and no active mind, dimness in mind. Today I have checked my BP it is 140/100 Pulse rate is 90 ECG is also normal. Kindly Suggest me.

Your Ecg is ok. You only need control of blood pressure. It can calm your mind and heart.

Hello, Your ECG is normal. If it is possible at home take pulse and bp recordings twice a day for 3 days and let me know. Because 1 reading of high bp is not reliable to conclude anything. Consult online with the readings
