Hello respected Doctors, Greetings. How do we diagnose high blood pressure? Once the reading of my Father shows 140/92 and rest days 130/80 and 120/70. The first reading diastolic 92 is out of range. It should be 90. So is it hypertension? The reading of 140/92 was only once in six months. Regards
