I will suggest few points.. To control hypertension...
Do meditation Twice a day regularly
Go for morning and evening walk daily for good digestion and easy defication and good circulation....
Do yogasanas and pranayam daily
Avoid oily spicy and fast, non veg, processed food, maida containing items like biscuits toast bread khari etc for few months
Take
Methi dana 1tsf soaked in water overnight
Take it early in the morning on empty stomach
Tab mentat by Himalaya
2 per day at night for 3 weeks
Reconsult after 15 days
