Last week, I Have been headache for two days BP was 240/160,MRI,MRA done and found normal. Start cilacar 10mg per day. Next day onwards checked BP and found normal. Today evening BP shows 180/120. I can cunsult a doctor tomorrow only. Can I take half of cilacar 10mg now
