Is bp 90by 70 normal for a 19year old I want to know please help is it low bp this is my query can anyone help

Yes it’s normal range . But take lots of water and lemonade it will come up

Although it is less than the usual average BP but it is not abnormal as long as there are no symptoms. Morning evening BP recording can be done for 2-3 days to know if that is the set BP for that individual.

Ideal bp is (100 to 110)/(70 to 80) mm  hg. 90/70 mm of hg, though low, may be habitual. If there are symptoms like vertigo, then ORS may be helpful.
