I am taking telma 20 from last 1 year, today I checked my bp it was preety high 101/150. Kindly suggest should I continue with telma 20 or I need to change medicine

Your BP is definitely raised. Must take proper action. 30 years of age is not common for such high BP, that too on Telma 20.
