History . i have some issues related to Stomach.I had gone through many test like endoscopy to diagnose the problem.but not yet successful stil facing the problem of bloating ,acid of tongue etc. Secondly ,i have some throat problem but again not yet diagnosed.i had gone through through test like culture ,Blood test etc. Main Issue. From last few month i am facing excessive palpitation,Heart beat range from 80 to 115 and secondly Blood pressure normally be
