I am in dialysis BP range is 200 -78 after dialysis after 3 -4 hours pressure is dropping to 160-70 facing severe cramp during dialysis Medicines I am taking Cilacar 2 mg three times daily Arkamine 2 mg three times in a day Dytor 10 mg once a day please help Minipress xl 5 mg twice daily
