Dear doctor I am having severe high blood pressure giddiness is also there with vomiting tendency kindly help everything starts revolving I cannot sit or sleep also.

Please provide a detailed information about your age, bp range, any medications taken regularly for high bp. Also get an xray cervical spine done.. Since cervical spondylosis is also associated with giddiness,vomiting tendency.
