*Tenderness over colon especially left il-isc fossa.
*Signs of dehydration.
*Eyes sunkun.
*Pulse Tachycardia,B.P. low, temp. raised.
*Patient may become toxic.
*Blood Leucocytosis with increased po-lymorphs and eosinophils usually absent.
*Stool pinkish red, or frank blood, mucus, fecal matter scanty or nil. R.B.C.,
pus cells and bacteria present.
*Endoscopy lesions of suppurative type.
