Hello.
Painless bleeding per rectum is usually secondary to haemorhoids (i.e piles). Other causes could be secondary to polyp, ulcer in rectum or other rare causes. I would suggest you to get P/R examination by gastroenterologist/surgeon and confirm the diagnosis. He may suggest you to uncergo sigmoidoscopy/colonoscopy if required. In the mean time you start high fibre diet. Take care.
