My child is 6 year old male He suffering from bleeding in stool without any pain since last 1 year and constipation also.

Basti will be the best solution for him. Secondly, always give him fresh, hot, light and timely diet containing milk and ghee, and avoid packed food items like breads, biscuits etc.
