I have off and on blood in stool from last 1 year Today I had reoccurence of heavy bleeding in my stool from past 2 3 days feeling bloated a lot no pain in passing stool What can be the further treatment

Health Tips
Avoid spicy food • plenty of fibres Plenty of hydration • 40 minutes  brisk walk everyday • Avoid constipation • avoid straining while passing stools • put 5 ml of betadine in a tub of warm water(not hot water) and sit in the tub for 5 minutes morning, 5 minutes in afternoon, 5 minutes in the night_this is termed as SITZ  BATH
