I have found 1-2 blood strings in my 7 month old baby boy's poop in the last 5-7 days, but there is nothing like this in the last one or two days. Is this a matter of concern?

It may be just mucosal bleed if stools are hard or  else could be infection.Regular deworming should be done. See whether the baby cries during defecation.
