I have been bleeding with stool from last approx 30 days.  May this is a serious problem or normal.  If some medicine required, then please suggest.

Hi, blood in stools is called melena. The most common cause is peptic ulcer disease & hemorrhoids.. other causes include diverticulitis, anorectal disease, ischaemia, angiodysplasia, infectious colitis, crohn's disease etc..., kindly consult gastroenterologist or surgeon asap...
