I am 23 years old. 2 years back I suddenly saw some blood in stool after I was talking iron supplements eventually it got away. Now after two years I still saw some fresh blood in stool not everyday but once in two months or so. The stool is sometimes a bit hard and sometimes even if it soft there is some blood.. there is no pain in that area but sometimes a bit of sensitivity. The blood that comes out is veey less in some days and some days its just average and not full flowing. Is it a matter of concern
