See it may be fissure or piles....in fissure you will have burning sensation over anal region during defecation then it may be fissure along with bleeding...if u have pain around anal region and bleeeing during defecation then it may be piles...but u have to look for any external growth at anal region then it may be external piles....so there are many reasons and  proper case history must be required....though i m prescribing some medicines it will be helpfull...and consult me u have any problem....
