Blood in stool

From 2 days i have direhea but now it getting better no more loose motion but i see little blood in stool bright red but not mixed with stool . I dont have pain or loss of appetite or weight loss. But i have abdomen pain a year ago and my stool is very hard like pebbles because of that blood coming from it i got ct scan and around 3 4 ultrasound and upper gi endoscopy its come out to be normal doc gave me ibs medication only nothing else. i want to know what could be the reason only go poop 1 or 2 times daily not more than that.
