Good morning, while iam clearing my throat I found small amount blood splits in the sputum , there is no any respiratory issues but since three days cold was there.

Small amount of blood in the sputum can come because of violent coughing which can rupture small blood vessels in the upper respiratory tract. Usually it will resolve on its own. You can try using mucolytics and steam inhalation.
