Sir I don't have any dental or mouth problem but blood comes from throt when I split deeply from throt so please give me suggestion for this

Hi,  Spitting forcibly can damage small vessels giving some blood in sputum. Also Vitamin C deficiency leads to bleeding gums Would advise you to have fresh vegetables regularly
