Blood in snot

Since 3-4 days i have seen that i get scratchy throat, and yesterday when I extracted snot(mucus from sinus) it was like stringy and thick. Then at night i had extracted the snot again from the sinus and that time I saw there was a little blood in it, and the snot was white. Today morning i extracted snot, it was yellow and had blood in it(less that yesterday). Please help me i am scared. Apart from this i have this white thing under my tonsil, is this some kind of infection? I am outside India and scared. Please help me
