Sir i had blood in my semen before 3 months now it had not cured is it any serious issue ..! It was paining from past 3 months is it serious issue ? Plz can i u plz help me out for treating it out its very much stressful..!

It’s not a serious issue but cause must be identified..so consult a urologist for rectal examination to look for prostatitis. Need urine r/m, urine culture and semen culture.
