I had blood in semen yesterday. This was the first time blood was there. While urinating the urine is normal. I have not had sex for past 1 year. What should I do?

Relax. Make sure its blood from the semen only. Because blood in urine is more dangerous ( bladder cancer) in your age than blood in semen. If it's from semen only nothing to worry it's common sometimes. Get following tests it may be because of infection or inflammation from your lower genital tract
