Sir I have seen blood in my nasal phlegm and I have runny noses also have coughing problem since two weeks Please advise something to me

Please Apply some cow ghee drops mixed with turmeric Twice a day Tab oncet cf 1 Twice a day Tab pan 1 perday Tab aziwok 500 mg 1 Tab limcee 1 Twice a day All for 3 days Reconsult if needed

Dear patient, Don't put finger in nose, if it's bleeding wash Ur nose with cold water and hold your nose with your fingers facing upwards and hold for 5minutes. Use a nasal drop cotrimoxazole and if the cough is accompanied with fever get a cbc done to rule out other problems. Revert back if you have any other query, wish you a happy recovery
