Dear patient, Don't put finger in nose, if it's bleeding wash Ur nose with cold water and hold your nose with your fingers facing upwards and hold for 5minutes. Use a nasal drop cotrimoxazole and if the cough is accompanied with fever get a cbc done to rule out other problems. Revert back if you have any other query, wish you a happy recovery
