After bowel movement dark blood coming . from last one month no pain . now after ate stomach pain coming need to go latrine. Water type latrine coming at the starting. Then proper..its any major problem . am eating leaves. Fruits vegetables. And sprouts

Hello there, it can be due to gastric ulcer, one of my differential. The watery stool will be controlled with Medication along with that we need to change some eating habits. Do consult online and get prescribed.
