Is a 5.2 blood glucose as fasting normal? And suppose i eat a complex meal which spikes my glucose levels to 7.5, how many hours typically should i wait to eat another meal? How long until it reaches to 5.2?

5.2 mmol/L (93.7 mg/dL) sugar in fasting condition is normal. Even 7.5 mmol/L (135mg/dL) sugar 2hr after meal is within normal range. So don’t worry.
