Hi i have done my blood sugar fasting. Result is 94.3 mg/dl. My father is diabetic. Pls suggest if I should take any precautions at this limit

please let me know your body weight and height.AVOID ALL THE SWEETS ,COOL DRINKS AND ICECREAMS.keep checking your HBA1C LEVELS ONCE IN 3 MONTHS. incorporate any one physical activity regularly.

Hi., I can understand your concern For now your sugar levels are normal. Plan for HbA1c and ppbs tests after 3 months.
Next Steps
plan for regular exercise and walking avoid processed and outside food items have proper sleep
