History of allergic rhinitis+ chronic sinusitis (2years). But from last 2 months I M soo ill. I am dizzy all time, my brain+eyes feels awkward. Brain Mri was normal. Having severe pains too. Mostly in legs+back, neck,head. From 4 days I'm having blood and painful swallowing. Had been on meds but not helpful. I hate

Hello your body ache and headache are due to sinusitis take proper antibiotics and pain killers And bleeding from throat oesophageal varices achalasia cardia Posterior epistaxis Trauma should be ruled out consult physician surgeon for further evaluation and treatment.
