Blood Dots with sputum

Last 2-3 days I observed that something I'm getting blood dots with sputum,I don't smoke or I don't have serious pain in my chest, what could be reason, what tests I need to do.please help me

Hello, It may be from local site like gum, tooth, or forceful cough,or sneez damage the minor thin walled capillary. If yet U feel abnormal go for Sputum test, Complete N MICROSCOPIC Zeil Nelson stain for AFB Consult a general physician MD.ok.

Hemoptysis DD: COPD, PNA, PE, Malignancy, Cardiac, Tb SX – Coughing blood. PE – lungs, heart.
Next Steps
DX – • CBC, platelet count, PT and PTT. • CXR. • Sputum Cx, G.S., cytology, acid fast, PPD. • Spiral CT Chest. Echo.

TX – Depends on Etiology, likely requires hospital admission.
