A pin of umbrella accidentally inserted in my ear. And from then blood is continously bleeding from ear.

Get your ear checked by your ENT. Most likely the blood will be coming from the ear canal wall because if damage to the canal. Its advicable not to clean the blood. Just put a cotton swab and let it heal on its own.
