Blood clotting and lower abdominal pain

I had fever for like 3 days, chills, lower abdominal pain, stomach gas pain, menstrual problems, blood clotting whats wrong? I don't know if I need to go to emergency room or not.

I would advise you to visit the ER as your problems seem to show a trend of worsening over the last 3 days. Kindly visit the ER and get properly assessed and undergo necessary investigation such as ultrasound to rule out the underlying cause of the problem and have it treated accordingly.
