I've just given birth a week ago and have been having terrible cramping, contraction like cramping. Today I noticed a blood clot stuck in my vaginal canal and it will not come out and the cramping is getting worse.

Go to a hospital ...u might hav blood clots inside uterine cavity which can be the cause. Slight cramping after child birth is normal because uterus contracts to get to its normal size  till 4-6 week it will be there. Take tab brufen for pain if not contraindicated to u.
