Hello, am suffering from blood antibody problems. My current platelet count is below 10,000. My doctor told me that it is because of the blood antibody. The antibody kills my platelet count. He suggested steroid medicine and take complete bed rest. But I heard from my friend that steroid is not good for health and it has a lot of side effects. Please suggest me what should I do now
