Hi there...I can understand your concern. There's no permanent cure for this. For increased seborrhoea you can be started on oral medications like isotretinoin. But these tablets have side effects like increasing cholestrol levels, can affect liver, is teratogenic. So you will have to be investigated before starting the medications. At home have regular baths, you can use soaps or face wash which contain salicylic acid, so that they can clear the seborrhea. Kindly consult a nearby dermatologist for further evaluation regarding it.
