Dear sir/mam I am suffering from blocked nose from.past 1 yr i use otrivin drop to get rid of this but tgis dosage is from 1-3 times daily...Please tell how to deal with it is it any serious problem.

Hello..... Nasal decongestants should  not be used for longer period of time..  You will have rebound effect on stoppage and can cause atrpoic rhinitis..  Instead take steam inhalation twice daily..  If you have nasal poly  ,deviated nasal septum get yourself exmained.. Consult ent specialist in nearest hospital.
