Cause for nasal blocks can be many. Most common among them are
1. Deviated nasal septum
2. Allergic rhinitis
3. Rhinosinusitis
4. Nasal polyps
5. Any other mass lesions in the nose
Treatment depends on diagnosis of cause for your nasal blocks
Please stop using otrinoz nasal drops as they can cause damage to interior of your nose and more than five days of continued use is not recommended
