Blocked Nose and Ears + Dizzy Feeling

I have been experiencing blocked since 4-5 months. Since past 2-3 weeks, I feel that my ears are blocked and also feel imbalance. I had been to an ENT doctor. Currently under medication. He has prescribed Rzine Tablet and A Nasal Spray, by name Fluvent. What would be the reason for the dizziness?

Dizziness is one of the side effects of dizziness but u are having blocked ears also, an ear infection, inflammation can also cause dizziness si u need a thorough evaluation to know the cause
