Hello! It seems you are suffering from allergic rhinitis with or without sinusitis. You will need a diagnostic nasal endoscopy first followed by a ct scan of paranasal sinuses to evaluate further and determine the treatment accordingly. Most importantly, you must avoid exposure to the allergen. Antihistamines and topical steroid nasal spray will be useful.
